delivery and pickup options
Delivery time
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, this is usually within 2 to 3 business days. Our items are always packed very carefully, so that they arrive in the best conditions. Sometimes products are not in stock, then the delivery can take a little longer. If for some reason we do not meet our normal delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All our packages are shipped via DPD or Bpost. They determine the time of delivery, usually between 9:00 and 18:00.
Which delivery options can I choose?
Home delivery: The package is delivered to your home by DPD or Bpost. If you are not at home the package will be taken to the nearest pick-up point.
Pick-up point: The package is sent to a pick-up point of your choice. You can indicate this at the checkout of your order, then you can choose a pick-up point.
Free pick-up in our store: you can pick up your package in our store. At checkout, select “free pick up”. After this, we will contact you personally to schedule an appointment for pick-up.
Track & Trace?
Track & Trace is provided for all our shipments.
As soon as the package is picked up by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code. On this page you will find all the information about the shipment of your package.

Due to the large amount of Christmas ornaments we have already shipped, we have become true specialists in packaging fragile items. Many customers praise us for this extra service.

What to do with damaged items
Damage had to be reported within 3 days of delivery by mailing [email protected] using the subject “DAMAGE”. After this period, Royal Things cannot be held responsible for damaged packages anymore so please check your delivery ASAP for damage!
In order for us to replace the damaged goods you have to send us pictures of the damaged products as well as of the packaging. Our insurance company needs to inspect the damaged package to determine the cause of damage and to verify that proper packaging materials have been used!
Please send us an email with the following information:
- A picture of the damaged item. In case there are several damaged items, please make sure they are all visible in one single picture. If this picture isn’t detailed enough please add one more picture with a details of the damage.
- A picture of the damaged item in its original packaging (inner box or special material). The packaging materials needs to be visible on the picture.
- A picture of the outer box (original parcel).
- The date of the delivery.
- The invoice number or order number.
NOTE
Never send damaged items back to Royal Things unless a member of staff has explicitly requested this.
