What are the return conditions?
If you buy goods or services from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 14 days from the delivery or conclusion of the agreement. You can then return your order without paying a fine and without giving a reason (you pay the costs for this yourself). Within 14 days after we have recovered the goods in good condition, or you have indicated that you wish to opt out of the purchased service, we will refund you the full purchase price using the same means of payment with which you have paid. If it is a pre-order we will charge a 70% cancellation fee.

The return guarantee mentioned here is in the specified capacity for individuals only. Companies can contact us for questions regarding return possibilities.
Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
As soon as we have received and checked your package, we will proceed to reimbursement as far as everything is in good condition. The refund will take place within 14 days of processing your package. The amount paid will be refunded in full using the same payment method you originally paid. If it is a pre-order we will charge a 70% cancellation fee. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.
During the first 14 days after the delivery, we expect you to handle the order and the packaging carefully. If you still want to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack them to the extent necessary to be able to assess whether you wish to keep them.
How do I pack my product to send it back?
Pack the goods well, preferably in the original packaging and send them in a sturdy box that you stick tightly.
What are the exceptions to returns?
Will under no circumstances be taken back:
- used, soiled, damaged or incomplete articles;
- goods whose specific product packaging (or part of it) has been opened;
- items tailored to the customer;
- articles which cannot be returned by their nature;
- vouchers, gift cards and vouchers. Even if they have not yet been used;
- service agreements as soon as implementation has begun.
